- To protect the lawn, please refrain from wearing high-heeled shoes and spiked shoes to Jinnan Elementary School and Miyashita Park (lawn field).
- No shoes or slippers are allowed in the gymnasium of Jinnan Elementary School. Slippers or slippers are not necessarily required. Socks or bare feet are permitted as long as you remove your shoes. However, since there is no space for shoes in front of the gymnasium, we ask that you take personal care of your shoes when you enter.
- Please be careful not to damage trees in the park and refrain from entering planted areas.
- Please take care of your belongings, valuables, musical instruments, etc., and be aware of theft.
- Neither we, the venue, nor the performers will be held responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. that occur inside or outside the venue.
- We will take strict measures to deal with any behavior that is disruptive or dangerous to the public, such as drunkenness, vandalism to facilities, or criminal acts such as theft or voyeurism. Depending on the situation, we may contact the police or other authorities.
- Cameras, sound recorders, cell phones, and other recording devices may be brought into the venue and used to take photos, audio, video, etc. However, please obtain permission from the other party before using (uploading to the Web, etc.) any recorded material. We will not be liable for any trouble or damage caused by the user or a third party in connection with the use of recorded materials.
- If we determine that the location or method of recording or filming interferes with the operation of the event or is offensive to public order and morals, we will issue a warning. Depending on the situation, we may confiscate the materials or ask you to leave the venue.
- Unauthorized use of drones is prohibited by regulations of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
- The official filming team and Shibuya Ward will be filming at the venue. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your cooperation in filming. The filmed images and photos may be used for publicity purposes on the Shibuya Zunchaka! and the ward website.
